Introduction

EPR is the acronym for Extended Producer’s Responsibility. It is an enlistment for Indian Manufacturer/Importer of item for E-waster management. EPR Authorization is given by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) under MoEFCC, Government of India. With EPR authorisation, the manufacturer/importer of electronic and electrical items has been given the duty to control E-waste by the items after expiry of their lifetime.
